Privacy Policy

A30OFFICE (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the inquiry form on this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

1. What we collect

We collect the following when you submit the inquiry form. We do not require accounts, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

2. Why we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry and to carry on the resulting business correspondence. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell it.

Legal basis (GDPR): your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

3. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for one year after your inquiry has been handled, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so promptly.

4. Processors and international transfers

We use the following services to operate the form and the site, which means your data may be transferred outside your country.

Formspree (USA) Delivers the submitted form to our email. Also retains a copy in the Formspree dashboard for a limited period (about 30 days on the free plan) for spam protection and delivery records.
Cloudflare (USA) Website hosting and security. May process technical connection data such as IP addresses.
Google Workspace (USA) Our business email. Your inquiry is received and stored in this account.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

5. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time by emailing us. We will act without undue delay.

6. Your right to refuse

You may decline. However, your name, email and message are required in order for us to reply, so the form cannot be submitted without consent. You are always welcome to email us directly at jungmin@a30office.com instead.

7. How we destroy data

Once the retention period ends or the purpose has been fulfilled, we destroy the data without delay. Electronic files are permanently erased in a way that cannot be recovered.

8. How we keep it safe

We apply the technical and administrative safeguards needed to protect your data, including minimising and managing access rights, access control, and encryption of data in transit (HTTPS).
